Social Listening transformed the habits of lactose intolerant individuals into a product campaign.
When the consumer loses the pleasure of eating and doesn't know how to find a solution, how can a brand become their great ally?

Challenge
We received the challenge to create new content for Perlatte with the goal of increasing digital presence and brand recall.
Solution
After extensive mapping of behaviors and habits of lactose intolerant individuals, we created a campaign aimed at generating identification with common situations faced by those who have the issue. Additionally, we created characters that strengthened the recall of the brand and led to the central idea of illustrating the dilemma many consumers face when it comes to eating. We developed various strategic content involving diverse formats and production of multimedia materials.
