Digital repositioning of the Bepantol Derma BAYER brand
From technician to confidant.

Challenge
The Bepantol Derma line meets the main needs of the skin and is always innovating in solutions for dry areas, tattoos, rashes, lips, face, and hair. Our challenge was to bring this information to the public's attention. To achieve this, we conducted active monitoring and identified several homemade recipes created by consumers, using the anti-rash (baby) presentations and the classic version, with the goal of hydrating hair, lips, and tattoos.
Solution
INSIGHT: FROM TECHNICIAN TO CONFIDENT
In light of this, we decided to explain to people the best way to use the product that is an expert in hydration. This is how the campaign #explicaeaplica came about, which created a big blitz on digital channels, delivering tips from influencer Julia Petit to social networks, blogs, and YouTube channels.
